  • Position Summary

    A PBA Production Assistant is responsible for critical behind-the-scenes tasks associated with the successful production of daily camp operations. 

    Position Objective/Purpose

    We are seeking motivated team members who believe deeply in the organization’s mission and who display a record of achievement in prioritizing and completing multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates must be capable of managing their time effectively, prioritizing daily tasks and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

    Position Scope Factors


    Monday (6:00 am - 4:00 pm)

    Tues - Thurs (7:00 am - 4:00)

    Friday (7:00 am- 5:30 pm)


    Travel required.

    Essential Job Responsibilities

    1. Daily set-up and break down of equipment; deliver equipment to required fields 
    2. Facilitate equipment/supply transition to Citizens Bank Park during day at the ballpark
    3. Assist throughout the day with various responsibilities including: pick-up, drop-off, lunch, water, and late campers
    4. Maintain supply inventory
    5. Ensure compliance with ESF/PBA golf cart safety guidelines
    6. Help to ensure that camp facilities/truck/equipment are clean, organized, and well-maintained
    7. Work effectively with co-workers and collaborate on various responsibilities
    8. Complete paperwork as assigned
    9. Serve as a positive role model to campers
    10. Follow the PBA Code and maintain the PBA Look at all times
    11. Exhibit ESF Core Values at all times and to adhere to all company policies
    12. Have fun
    13. Other responsibilities as assigned

    Experience Requirements

    1. Previous work experience (preferred)

    Education Requirements

    1. Minimum of 18 years of age High School Graduate pursuing a college degree

    Other Skill Requirements

    1. Outstanding communication skills which include the ability to use clear, concise and grammatically correct written and oral language in all aspects of professional interaction with campers, their families, peers, leadership team and the larger community
    2. Valid driver’s license or permit

    Reporting Relationships

    1. Reports directly to and takes direction from Field Manager and Operations Manager.

    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

    1. Ability to push/pull, lift and carry a minimum of 35lbs
    2. Endurance to work outside and on your feet for 6-8 hours per day
    3. Ability to respond to emergency situations which may require running (up to 1 mile in some cases) and climbing stairs.
    4. Good physical condition which enables candidate to execute all responsibilities associated with this position
