A Union Soccer School Production Assistant is responsible for critical behind-the-scenes tasks associated with the successful production of daily camp operations.  

We are seeking motivated team members who believe deeply in the organization’s mission and who display a record of achievement in prioritizing and completing multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates must be capable of managing their time effectively, prioritizing daily tasks and working independently in a fast-paced environment. 

• Travel Required (Examples include but are not limited to the following areas: Delran, NJ, Cherry Hill, NJ, Lawrenceville, NJ and Wilmington, Delaware)
• Monday 6:30am-4:30pm, Talen Energy  trip day, 7:00am-4:00pm, 2 days a week 7:00am-4:15pm, Friday 7:00am-5:00pm

1. Daily set-up and break down of equipment including field set-up/break-down and tent(s) set-up and break-down on a daily basis; deliver equipment to required fields 
2. Assist throughout the day with various responsibilities including: pick-up, drop-off, lunch, water, and late campers
3. Maintain supply inventory
4. Ensure compliance with ESF/Union golf cart safety guidelines
5. Help to ensure that camp facilities/truck/equipment are clean, organized, and well-maintained
6. Work effectively with co-workers  and assist Field Mangers, Division Specialists, Administrative Specialists and Nurse to ensure daily operations are maintained
7. Remain accessible at all times during working hours to communicate with staff
8. Serve as a positive role model to campers
9. Follow the Union Code and maintain the Union Look at all times
10. Exhibit ESF Core Values at all times and to adhere to all company policies
11. Other responsibilities as assigned

1. Previous work experience (preferred)

1. Minimum of 18 years of age High School Graduate pursuing a college degree

1. Outstanding communication skills which include the ability to use clear, concise and grammar when interacting with campers, their families, peers, and leadership team
2. Valid driver’s license or permit

1. Reports directly to and takes direction from Field Manager and Operations Manager.

1. Ability to push/pull, lift and carry a minimum of 35lbs
2. Endurance to work outside and on your feet for 6-8 hours per day
3. Ability to respond to emergency situations which may require running (up to 1 mile in some cases) and climbing stairs.
4. Good physical condition which enables candidate to execute all responsibilities associated with this position
