ESF Employment Process
- You will be contacted for a phone interview if your qualifications match the opportunities we have available. Upon completion of a phone interview, you may be selected for an in-person interview. We cannot extend an offer of employment without complete references.
- If you verbally accept an offer to work with ESF Summer Camps, a background check will be conducted. Since each ESF Team Member has direct contact with children on a daily basis, we require an impeccable record; we only hire the best of the best. Your finalized employment with ESF is contingent upon successful completion of a background check; any offer of employment may be rescinded upon failure of this background check
